These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.zybim.com and the services provided by Zybim Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Zybim", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Our services
Zybim provides read-only security assessments of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, along with related tools (such as an email security checker), reports, and — where separately agreed — remediation, licensing, and monitoring services. Free assessments and tools are provided as-is to help you understand your security posture.
Read-only access and consent
Our assessments require an authorised administrator of your organization to grant read-only consent through Microsoft's official consent process. By granting consent, you confirm you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organization. Our access is limited to read-only security, configuration, licensing, and sign-in metadata; we do not modify your environment or access your content. You may revoke our access at any time via the Microsoft Entra portal.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and only for domains and environments you own or are authorised to assess. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to assess environments without authorisation.
Reports and recommendations
Our assessments and reports are provided for informational purposes to help you improve your security posture. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our reports identify every risk or that following our recommendations will prevent all security incidents. Security is a shared responsibility, and you remain responsible for decisions about and changes to your own environment. Our recommendations do not constitute a warranty of security.
Fees
Free assessments and tools are provided at no charge. Paid services (comprehensive assessments, remediation, monitoring, licensing) are subject to separate pricing and agreement. Prices shown on our website are indicative and may vary; final pricing is confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
The website, its content, our reports, and our brand are owned by Zybim Technologies and protected by applicable laws. Reports we provide to you may be used within your organization for your own security purposes; you may not resell or redistribute them as your own without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our services rely on Microsoft platforms and APIs. Your use of Microsoft services is also governed by Microsoft's own terms. We are a verified Microsoft partner but are an independent company; we are not Microsoft.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zybim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (or, for free services, shall be limited as permitted by law). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Free tools and assessments are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
