How access works

Your Global Administrator approves read-only Microsoft Graph permissions on Microsoft's official consent screen — posture data (SecurityEvents.Read.All), plus directory and reporting reads (Directory.Read.All, AuditLog.Read.All) that power the license and inactivity analysis. We cannot read email, files, or user content — only configuration, license, and sign-in metadata. Revoke anytime from Enterprise Applications in your Entra portal; access ends immediately.
