Each sprint is scoped from your report's top items — typically the zero-score, low-effort controls first, because they buy the most risk reduction per hour of change. Every change is documented, communicated to affected users in advance, and staged to avoid lockouts. At the end we re-run the assessment: your Secure Score before and after is the deliverable.

Licensing included

When the roadmap calls for capabilities you don't own yet — Entra ID P2 for risk-based policies, Defender plans, Intune — we supply the licenses as a Microsoft partner, so solutions, licensing, and implementation stay with one accountable party.
