Zybim partner terms
Draft wording, to be reviewed before it is relied on.
1. The programme
Referral and reseller partners introduce clients to Zybim and are credited for purchases attributed to them. MSP partners may in addition deliver Zybim reports under their own brand once Zybim has approved that. Joining is free.
2. Your role
You are an independent business. You are not Zybim's employee, agent or representative and cannot bind Zybim. You may describe Zybim's services only as they are described on zybim.com.
3. Client permission and data
Before any assessment is run on a client's Microsoft 365 or cloud environment, you must have that client's permission, and the client's administrator grants Zybim read-only access on Microsoft's consent screen. Zybim's checks are read-only and advisory. You are responsible for your own agreements with your clients and for complying with data protection laws that apply to you.
4. Attribution and commission
A purchase is attributed to you when the client arrives through your referral link, your invitation or your Zybim buy link. Commission is a percentage of the net revenue Zybim actually receives for attributed purchases, at the rate shown in your dashboard when your account is opened. Zybim may change the rate for future purchases with notice. Commission is paid after Zybim receives the related payment, on the schedule Zybim publishes, and subject to applicable taxes. The dashboard statement is indicative.
5. Branding (MSP partners)
You confirm you have the right to use the name and logo you upload. Reports carry the line "Powered by Zybim Technologies". Zybim may remove branding that is misleading or infringing.
6. Suspension
Zybim may suspend or end a partner account for misuse, misleading statements, spam invitations or breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
